Key Customer Relationship Role

We seek a dynamic professional to lead customer relationships across India.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer interactions and resolve service issues effectively.
  • Coordinate with teams for smooth order processing, dispatch, and service delivery.
  • Maintain customer loyalty through proactive relationship management.
  • Support senior executives with scheduling, communication, and daily coordination tasks.
  • Provide insights from customer feedback on merchandising-related discussions.
  • Maintain organized reports and follow-ups for CRM responsibilities.
Essential Skills:
  • Prior experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in retail or sales.
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills with problem-solving ability.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking.
  • Fashion/merchandising background (women's wear preferred).
  • Proficiency in MS Office and coordination skills.

Note: Experience in apparel/fashion retail or B2B sales is advantageous but not essential. We welcome applicants with transferable skills.
