Job Summary

Q Green Techcon Ltd. is hiring experienced Executives for its Ahmedabad office. The role requires handling outbound and inbound calls for lead generation, customer engagement, and service follow-up. Ideal candidates should possess excellent communication skills, persistence, and the ability to build rapport over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

Outbound Calling: Initiate calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products, generate leads, or collect feedback.

Inbound Call Handling: Respond promptly to customer inquiries, resolve basic issues, and redirect complex cases to relevant departments.

Lead Qualification & Data Verification: Verify customer details, assess interest levels, and ensure lead data is accurate and updated in the CRM system.

Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate with customers and internal teams to fix meetings, site visits, or product demonstrations.

Follow-Up Management: Track and execute timely follow-ups with leads and clients to drive engagement and conversions.

Customer Query Resolution: Address routine questions about products, pricing, and services while maintaining a professional tone.

Coordination with Sales & Marketing Teams: Relay qualified leads and customer feedback to relevant teams to support campaign optimization and sales closure.

Reporting & Documentation: Log call details, outcomes, and submit periodic performance reports.

Target Achievement: Meet or exceed call and conversion targets consistently.

Key Skills & Qualifications

● Diploma or Engineering Graduate preferred.

● Excellent verbal communication in Hindi, English, and Gujarati.

● Proven experience of 2+ years in customer service.

● Basic proficiency in computers and CRM tools.

● Strong listening, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.

● Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.

● Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

● Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team.
