Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Operational Excellence professional to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with clients to deliver transformation objectives and drive change within their operations.

About the Role

You will be responsible for leading project workstreams, transformations, and turnarounds, as well as problem-solving technical manufacturing issues using structured methodologies. You will also use facts and data to prioritize improvement opportunities and adopt a process-oriented approach to solving complex problems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead project workstreams, transformations, and turnarounds
  • Problem-solve technical manufacturing issues
  • Use data to prioritize improvement opportunities
  • Audit and improve client operations
  • Transform manufacturing processes for better productivity and efficiency
  • Conduct due diligence, benchmarking, and assessment studies
  • Recommend actions and help clients implement them
  • Manage and deliver high-quality client work

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in a high-performance manufacturing environment
  • 3+ years of leadership and management experience
  • Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in STEM, Operations, or Business
  • Strong functional knowledge in one or more of the following: discrete manufacturing, project management, process automation, continuous improvement
  • Ability to work effectively with people at all levels
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Willingness to travel up to 2-3 months per year

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt is a plus)
  • Experience in management consulting, large-scale change management, or turnaround and restructurings
  • Direct operating experience with P&L accountability
  • International work experience
