We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operational Excellence Manager to join our team. As an Operational Excellence Manager, you will be responsible for driving process improvements, ensuring compliance, and maintaining customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. To achieve faster turnaround of rake & containers through effective resource management and optimized processes.
  2. Ensuring proper documentation related to EXIM, s/line, customs, and Railways to maintain regulatory compliance.
  3. To ensure operational KPIs are achieved by monitoring and analyzing performance metrics.
  4. Resource allocation and management to ensure smooth operations in yard, rail & warehouse (EXIM/Domestic).
  5. Ensure timely gate in and gate out operations as per SLAs to meet customer expectations.
  6. Prepare various reports and present them to stakeholders in a timely manner.
  7. Identify and mitigate revenue leakages to ensure financial integrity.
  8. Plan equipment utilization optimally and manage resources effectively.
  9. Implement cost-saving initiatives to reduce operational expenses.
  10. Maintain safety and security norms of the company and implement them on the ground.
  11. Maintain relationships with internal employees, vendors, customers, and government authorities.
  12. Responsible for all warehouse functions including Inward, Put-away, Picking, Outbound, and Inventory.
  13. Ensure timely loading/unloading of trains to meet transportation schedules.
  14. Overall responsibility for Warehouse operations and customer satisfaction.
  15. Maintain Customer Level Operations SLA and Transportation SLA.
  16. Perform regular audits and stock takes to ensure inventory accuracy.
  17. Maintain Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards and submit reports accordingly.
