
Key Account Strategist

This position is a key element of our sales strategy, responsible for setting and monitoring targets for Business Development Executives/Managers. The successful candidate will oversee sales channel management and CRM operations to ensure discipline in field reporting and daily check-ins.
Main Responsibilities:- Track ticket resolution, complaint turnaround time, and customer satisfaction
- Conduct regular training for internal teams and partners
- Lead onboarding for new affiliate, sales, or System Integrator partners using a structured framework
Bonus: Experience in ERP, SaaS, or partner ecosystems is desired.
