About the Job

As a Service Manager, you will be accountable for daily oversight of contract compliance and administrative responsibility of the governance process. This encompasses conducting service management reviews, coordinating regular contract assessments, and providing visibility of overall customer health.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Business Relationship and Governance Management: Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, ensure regular reviews, and benchmark future opportunities and overall compliance of the contract.
  • Operational / Performance Management: Manage service level assessment, reporting, and conduct analysis on trends and patterns; provide SLA reporting and collaborate with service assurance, delivery, and finance for recommendations and service improvement plans.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • 6+ years of related Telecom/Networking service management experience
  • Strong organizational, presentation, and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated experience with verbal and written communication, business and financial acumen, and ability to communicate with multiple levels of leadership
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Any graduate qualifications or postgraduate qualifications in Telecom or Networking Domain experience
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) and ITIL Certificate preferred

The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a team environment. They should also have a proven track record of delivering results and improving processes.
