Senior Design Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architect to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating project designs with detailed drawings and Bill of Quantities (BOQs).
Key Responsibilities:
- Create comprehensive project designs that meet client requirements.
- Develop BOQs to ensure accurate costing and budgeting.
- Represent the company's design ideas with confidence in speech and technical interactions with clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Diploma/Bachelor's/Master's degree in Architecture.
- 10-13+ years of experience in architectural projects planning and execution.
- Excellent presentation skills and confident interactions with clients.
- Disciplined and systematic work approach.
- Open to travel and available for project site visits and client meetings.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Foreign school of education or work experience.
- Candidates from the Western Lines due to travel issues in Mumbai.
