Job Title: Senior Design Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Design Architect to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial projects and data center design, with expertise in master planning, preparation of concept layouts, working drawings, and construction drawings. They will also have excellent knowledge of 3D platforms like Revit 3D, Sketch up, Lumion, and Twin motion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare master plans and layout designs at the plot plan level
  • Develop architectural designs and create schematic, statutory, and working drawings
  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, LEEDs certifications, and sustainability requirements
  • Conceptualize facade and fenestration, interiors, sanitation, and plumbing systems
  • Guide a team of Revit modelers in developing BIM models meeting LOD 100 to 400 requirements

Requirements:

  • 14+ years of experience in industrial projects and 4+ years in Data Center design
  • B.Arch. Degree from a recognized university, registered with COA
  • Excellent domain knowledge of master planning, preparation of concept layouts, working drawings, and construction drawings
  • Awareness of 3D platforms like Revit 3D, Sketch up, Lumion, and Twin motion
