Design Architect Position
This is a full-time on-site role for a Design Architect located in Belgaum, India. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing architectural designs, managing design projects, creating construction drawings, and overseeing design management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their requirements and ensure designs meet regulatory and safety standards.
- Develop architectural designs, manage design projects, create construction drawings, and oversee design management.
- Follow all architectural standards and practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Architectural Design and Architecture skills.
- Experience in Design Management and Construction Drawings.
- Excellent Communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and project management skills.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD and Revit.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
