Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Architect to lead our consultancy projects. As a seasoned professional, you will drive innovative design and regulatory excellence across diverse sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead large-scale consultancy projects with full design and regulatory strategy oversight, ensuring timely completion and client satisfaction.
  • Manage small to mid-value projects independently, driving design, compliance, and delivery while fostering strong relationships with clients and teams.
  • Develop, review, and ensure architectural documentation meets client and statutory requirements, maintaining the highest level of quality and accuracy.
  • Chair interdisciplinary meetings, coordinate teams, set clear project goals, and manage resources effectively to meet strict deadlines and deliver exceptional outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Accredited Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum 5+ years of post-qualification experience leading multidisciplinary commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects, demonstrating expertise and leadership capabilities.
  • Proven ability to prepare and submit statutory documents to municipal and specialist agencies (e.g., PESO, Fire), showcasing knowledge of relevant regulations and codes.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit/BIM, and MS Office, with experience in project scheduling tools being a significant advantage.
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience with MEP drawing review, coordination, and quality assurance is preferred.
  • Exceptional technical communication skills, adept at leading meetings and coordinating with clients, authorities, and consultants, to drive successful project outcomes.
  • Strong knowledge of building codes and standards, including UDCPR, NBC, IBC, and NFPA, with a proven track record of applying this expertise effectively.
  • Registration as an Architect with the Council of Architecture (COA) is desirable.
  • Proven skills in team leadership, mentoring, and process improvement, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and continuous improvement.
