Project Lead Architect Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Lead Architect to join our team.

The successful candidate will have a passion for delivering high-quality architectural projects from concept to completion, while ensuring timely project delivery and exceeding client expectations.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with a strong background in architecture, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
  • At least 6 years of professional experience in project leadership, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong knowledge of construction, detailing, and material specifications.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
  • Proficiency in design/documentation software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.).

About the Role

This is a full-time position based in Bengaluru. The Project Lead will be responsible for overseeing projects from concept to completion, including project management, architectural design and detailing, and integration with other disciplines.

Daily tasks will include managing project timelines, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, developing and refining architectural concepts and details.

The role requires leading project teams, overseeing site execution, and ensuring that projects meet client specifications and quality standards.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of:

  • Project management principles and methodologies.
  • Architectural design and detailing.
  • Construction materials and specifications.
  • Design/documentation software.
