Lead Interior Designer Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Lead Interior Designer to join our team.

About the Role:

As a Lead Interior Designer, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional design solutions to our premium customers. This includes collaborating with clients to understand their needs and preferences, conducting site visits, and overseeing the design process from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive design strategies that meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Conduct site visits to assess spaces and provide expert recommendations.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of design trends, technologies, and industry best practices.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4-year Diploma in Interior Designing / Architecture from a reputable institution.
  • 10+ years of industry experience or 6+ years with 2+ years in a similar role.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful design projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
