Project Lead for Enterprise IT Implementation

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the successful delivery of complex enterprise IT projects.

This role requires a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of IT solutions within various industries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end implementation or upgrade projects for large-scale systems.
  • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed project plans, resource estimates, timelines, and budgets.
  • Lead cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, testers, and external vendors.
  • Ensure timely delivery of milestones, manage risks, and resolve issues proactively.
  • Drive communication across stakeholders including business users, IT teams, and executive sponsors.
  • Monitor project KPIs and prepare regular status reports and executive updates.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 9+ years of project management experience in enterprise IT.
  • 5+ years managing large-scale IT implementation or enhancement projects.
  • Strong understanding of IT systems and infrastructure.
  • Proven experience with Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
