Job Title:

Site Development Lead

Overview:

The Site Development Lead is responsible for overseeing the development of multiple construction sites. Key responsibilities include prioritizing and managing projects, developing project plans, and allocating resources effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously to ensure timely completion.
  • Develop and execute project plans to allocate resources effectively and meet objectives.
  • Monitor progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures as needed.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure compliance with regulations.

Requirements:

  • 7-10 years of experience in executing water supply/irrigation projects.
  • BE/B.Tech/ME Civil degree.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of tender clauses, billing, department correspondence, and claims.
  • Understanding of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
