Job Title: Infrastructure Development Manager

A Senior Engineer plays a vital role in ensuring the successful execution of construction projects. They oversee and manage daily activities to ensure alignment with project plans, specifications, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Manage day-to-day construction activities to ensure they meet project requirements and specifications.
  • Quality Control: Monitor work on-site to ensure it meets quality and safety standards, as well as regulatory requirements.
  • Safety Compliance: Implement and enforce safety protocols and practices to ensure a secure work environment for all personnel on the construction site.
  • Resource Optimization: Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project managers to allocate resources efficiently.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical guidance, resolve engineering issues, and make decisions related to construction methods, materials, and techniques.
  • Site Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including daily progress reports, site diaries, and change orders.
  • Problem Solving: Address and resolve unexpected issues that may arise during construction, offering practical solutions to keep the project on track.
  • Client Communication: Keep clients informed about project progress, address their concerns, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Inspections: Conduct regular inspections to verify work quality, safety, and compliance with project specifications.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/B.Tech degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • 4+ years of experience in construction management
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Knowledge of construction industry regulations and best practices
