Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with architects, consultants, and contractors on project estimations and designs.
  • Perform geotechnical analysis and conduct soil tests for structural foundations.
  • Provide progress reports and budget updates to senior team members.
  • Evaluate materials and workmanship to ensure they meet project Quality Standards and Design requirements.
  • Address any construction-related issues that may arise.
  • Maintain adherence to all building and safety codes.
  • Understand excavation processes and types.
