Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Delivery Manager to lead the successful execution of integration projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for establishing and managing demand management and onboarding processes, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.

This role requires a strong leader who can manage stakeholder expectations, communicate progress, and resolve issues to ensure project success. You will also allocate and manage project resources, including team members, budget, and technology assets, as well as implement and refine agile and other project management methodologies.

In addition to technical skills, this position demands excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of experience in leading delivery or project management roles, specifically within Integration domain.
  • Good understanding of API-led connectivity, Event Driven Architecture, data integration patterns, and cloud-based integration services & SAP BTP IS.
  • Proven experience with Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and other project management methodologies.
