Project Manager for Engineering Projects

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager based in the region. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing various engineering projects.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely completion of tasks by setting clear goals and objectives.
  • Conduct field assessments and site inspections to identify potential issues and optimize project outcomes.
  • Prepare technical documents to support project planning and execution, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage project timelines and budgets effectively, minimizing delays and costs.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and collaborate with other departments as needed, promoting effective problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and records, facilitating seamless knowledge transfer and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated expertise in project management, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong technical skills in engineering design and drafting, with experience using relevant software tools and technologies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory compliance, with a focus on safety and quality.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and team members.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and managing workload effectively.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, with a strong academic record and relevant work experience.
  • Previous experience in the engineering industry is highly desirable, but not essential.
