Technical Lead - Advanced Analytics Solutions

We are seeking a seasoned technical lead to drive advanced analytics solutions for enterprise clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical acumen, leadership capabilities, and excellent communication skills to collaborate across global teams and deliver impactful data-driven insights.

Job Description:

The Technical Lead will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying Spotfire dashboards and analytics solutions tailored to business needs. This includes solution design and development, data strategy, technical leadership, stakeholder engagement, integration and automation, performance tuning, and documentation and governance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 7–11 years of overall experience in BI and analytics, with at least 5+ years in Spotfire development and architecture.
  • Strong command over Spotfire features including custom expressions, calculated columns, data functions, and advanced visualizations.
  • Proficiency in SQL or Python for scripting and data manipulation.
  • Experience with data warehousing concepts and ETL tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with cross-functional teams and clients.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a problem-solving attitude and attention to detail.
  • Prior experience in leading teams and managing project deliverables in an Agile environment.
