Job Description

As a seasoned expert in Oracle Revenue and Billing Management, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and efficiency. Your extensive knowledge of ORMB functionalities, architecture, and data models will enable you to design end-to-end solutions that align with business needs and requirements. You will lead the configuration and customization of the ORMB software, leveraging your expertise to optimize performance and functionality.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and document business needs and requirements. Your analytical skills will help you conduct thorough fit/gap analysis to recommend appropriate solutions. Additionally, you will engage with dependent teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems and applications within the organization's ecosystem.

Your technical leadership will guide development teams in designing and configuring ORMB software that meets specified business requirements. You will also provide support in building the ORMB practice within the organization by sharing your knowledge and expertise with team members.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven Track Record: 5-10 years of successful ORMB product implementations with a track record of delivering high-quality solutions that meet business objectives.
  • Deep ORMB Knowledge: In-depth understanding of ORMB functionalities, including Rules Engine, Billing, General Ledger, Receipt Application/Payments, and Credit/Collections.
  • Technical Proficiency: Sound knowledge of technical components such as algorithms, batch processing, configuration tools, Java, scripting (e.g., Groovy,4GL), UI map, and other OUAF-related technical components.
  • Oracle Utilities Experience: Hands-on experience with Oracle Utilities Application Framework and Configuration Tools.
  • Business Acumen: Ability to work closely with business partners, identify business needs, and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to perform fit/gap analysis and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage with cross-functional teams and stakeholders effectively.
