Solutioning Expert Sought to Drive Customer Success

As a senior solutioning expert, you'll work closely with customers to understand their needs and design tailored solutions. Your role will involve:

  • Engaging with customers during pre-sales and pilot phases to identify business requirements and create customized solutions.
  • Translating customer use cases into clear implementation plans, call flows, and customer journeys.
  • Overseeing end-to-end delivery of solutions, ensuring timely completion, scope adherence, and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with product, engineering, and operations teams to manage integrations, conduct UATs, and bring accounts live.
  • Nurturing strong customer relationships, acting as the trusted advisor and primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
  • Leading project planning and governance, ensuring seamless communication, issue resolution, and stakeholder alignment.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 4-7 years of experience in solutioning, implementation, account management, or pre-sales consulting roles.
  • A background in SaaS, enterprise software, AI, or financial services/fintech is preferred.
  • A strong track record of owning customer implementations from pilot to go-live with measurable business impact.
  • Hands-on experience with system integrations (telephony, CRMs, APIs, or similar).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to influence both CXOs and operational stakeholders.
  • A strong problem-solving and analytical mindset, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Agility and proactiveness, comfortable working in fast-paced environments.
  • A natural collaborator with the ability to work cross-functionally across product, engineering, and business teams.
