Senior Guest Services Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Reservations Manager to join our team at White Force Group in Bangalore. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for facilitating smooth move-ins and move-outs, coordinating with ground operations teams, providing exceptional customer service and support, and supervising property audits.
About the Role:
- Facilitate seamless guest experiences through effective communication and coordination with customers and internal teams.
- Collaborate closely with ground operations teams to ensure prompt and efficient resolution of maintenance and service requests.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and service requests, providing empathetic and professional support.
- Oversee property audits to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations, maintaining accurate records and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a telecaller or similar environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office suite, CRM software) and ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
Salary and Benefits:
