Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage Microsoft Teams Phone solutions, including call routing, voicemail, and conferencing.
- Configure and deploy Direct Routing, Operator Connect, and other PSTN connectivity solutions.
- Maintain and troubleshoot voice and video projects, ensuring high-quality performance and minimal downtime.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for voice and video configuration, monitoring, and reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues, improving overall system efficiency.
The successful candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in infrastructure services management, with a focus on Microsoft Teams Phone and Direct Routing.
- Excellent knowledge of network fundamentals, IP telephony, and Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) solutions.
- Strong understanding of cloud-based technologies, including Azure and Office 365.
- Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation tools.
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
