
Senior Restaurant Operations HR Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources professional to lead the HR function for our restaurant operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business objectives, ensuring smooth workforce management, and driving organizational culture.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies to support restaurant operations and expansion.
- Talent Acquisition & Retention: Oversee recruitment of leadership, kitchen staff, and service personnel.
- Employee Relations & Culture: Foster a positive, inclusive, and customer-focused work environment.
- Performance & Development: Design and monitor performance management systems.
- Compliance & Governance: Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and industry-specific regulations.
Requirements:
- Education: MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.
- Experience: 8–10 years of HR management experience, preferably in restaurants, hospitality, or F&B industry.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices.
