Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our team as a Workday Analyst.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about business process improvement and has experience with Workday modules. As a Workday Analyst, you will be responsible for designing and implementing small to medium enhancements, analyzing business requirements, and resolving issues in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze business requirements and design effective solutions
  • Develop and implement small to medium Workday enhancements
  • Resolve issues and escalate to management as needed
  • Maintain project documentation and knowledge bases
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years of IT professional experience with root cause analysis, risk assessment, and solution development
  • At least 3 years of experience in Workday modules: HCM, Payroll, and Time Absence
  • 1-2 years of hands-on experience with ticketing/tracking tools like Manage Engine/Service Now/JIRA
  • 0-2 years of hands-on experience with Enterprise applications like Peoplesoft, Oracle, and Workday (HCM/Recruiting/Security)
