Job Title: Business Process Analyst

At TaskUs, we're looking for a highly skilled Business Process Analyst to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and be part of a dynamic team that drives business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement end-to-end business process enhancements using Workday modules.
  • Participate in analyzing business requirements and scoping projects.
  • Determine the root cause of issues and propose effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.
  • Maintain project documentation and report progress to management.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices by attending educational workshops and reviewing professional publications.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of IT professional experience with analytical skills.
  • Experience working with Workday modules: HCM, Payroll, and Time Absence.
  • Knowledge of ticketing/tracking tools like Manage Engine/Service Now/JIRA.
  • Familiarity with enterprise applications like Peoplesoft/Oracle/Workday (HCM/Recruiting/Security).
  • Basic knowledge of SDLC methodologies like Waterfall or Scrum.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office or GSuite and MS Project or similar software.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Education/Certifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent field.

Work Location/Work Schedule/Travel:

  • TaskUs IND Office or current WFH setup.
  • Flexible day or mid-shift schedule.
