Position: Automation Workday Consultant

Overview: Our Client is seeking an Automation Workday Consultant to join our innovative team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in Workday automation and configurations to improve and streamline HR and financial processes. Your contributions will be vital in ensuring effective implementations and integrations within the Workday environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and maintain Workday automation solutions and integrations.
  • Work closely with functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into automated solutions.
  • Develop and enhance Workday reports, calculated fields, and integrations to support automated workflows.
  • Conduct thorough testing and validation of automation processes to ensure functionality and compliance.
  • Provide production support and troubleshoot integration issues as they arise.
  • Document automation configurations and processes for knowledge sharing and future reference.
  • Participate in training sessions and knowledge transfer to ensure team understanding of automation solutions.

Requirements

Key Requirements:

  • 4- 7 years of experience working with Workday, specifically in automation and integrations.
  • Strong understanding of Workday configurations, including HCM, Financials, and Reporting modules.
  • Experience with Workday Integration technologies such as EIB, RaaS, and Workday Studio.
  • Proficient in writing and troubleshooting Workday calculated fields and custom reports.
  • Familiarity with Workday security models and business process configurations.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
  • Workday certification is a plus.
