Business Process Analyst Role

As a Business Process Analyst, you will be responsible for evaluating clients' current business processes and creating target business processes that meet their evolving needs.

 

You will define, design, and deliver solutions using industry-leading technology to drive business growth. This includes collaborating with both clients and technical teams to develop high-quality deliverables across all phases of a project.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A highly motivated team player with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • A strong track record of teamwork, customer engagement, and delivery success.
  • Experience with configuration, customization, deployment, and testing of enterprise software applications.
  • The ability to simplify complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable.
  • Proven experience in creating documentation in an Agile work environment.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A background as a Business Analyst/Technical Consultant/Project Delivery Manager.
  • Knowledge of Order to Cash processes.
  • Experience working with industry-leading technologies.
