Global Service Centre Excellence

The Global Service Centre (GSC) is a key driver of growth, delivering standardization, process excellence, and expertise in areas such as finance, freight forwarding, marine services, engineering, and human resources. Key Role Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and budgets.
  • Conduct process assessments to identify areas for improvement and recommend changes.
  • Streamline manual processes and enhance operational efficiency using tools like Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and data analytics platforms.
  • Integrate key enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow.
  • Work closely with finance teams to optimize financial processes, such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reporting.
  • Ensure integration of finance tools for improved accuracy and efficiency in reporting.
  • Engage with cross-functional project teams, ensuring clear communication, collaboration, and coordination of project activities.
  • Develop performance metrics and dashboards to monitor process improvements and tool integrations.
  • Track and report operational performance regularly.
