
Human Resources Site Coordinator

As a seasoned HR professional, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and implementing all Human Resource processes at project sites for Solar and Wind power projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end HR Operations for project staff, ensuring adherence to company HR policies. It includes leave & attendance management, reimbursement claims etc.
- Facilitate and coordinate effective onboarding and induction programs for all new site joiners.
- Coordinate goal setting, mid-year, and annual performance assessments; ensure that performance feedback and appraisal processes are conducted efficiently at site level.
- Assist site teams in cascading organizational and individual goals; monitor progress and support alignment of objectives.
- Conduct induction sessions for new joinees; coordinate, organize, and deliver training programs—especially for fresher ITIs/DETs/GETs on soft skills, company values, safety norms, and other technical/non-technical topics.
- Ensure accurate documentation and HRIS updates, and maintenance of employee records.
Employee Retention:
- Act as the first point of contact for conflict resolution among site personnel.
- Build strong connect with project employees and workers through regular visits, townhalls, and open forums, fostering a transparent and inclusive culture.
- Address and resolve grievances in a timely and sensitive manner as per HR policies.
- Support engagement activities to drive motivation, promote wellbeing, and enhance retention at project sites.
Qualification & Experience/Skills Requirements:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–7 years relevant experience in HR domain (preferably with site HR work and/or renewable energy project exposure).
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, PMS, onboarding, grievance handling, and labour laws.
- Experience in training freshers (ITIs, DETs, GETs) is preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
- Able to thrive in dynamic, remote site environments.
