Job Overview

We are seeking a Remote Desktop Support Engineer to provide technical assistance to users across different time zones and ensure minimal downtime. The ideal candidate will have experience in desktop support, remote desktop support, and Windows operating systems.

  • Provide round-the-clock technical support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals
  • Monitor and respond to incidents via ticketing system within SLA timelines
  • Perform remote troubleshooting and escalate unresolved issues
  • Maintain logs of shift activities and handover reports for continuity
  • Collaborate with global IT teams for coordinated support

Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in desktop support
  • Experience with Windows operating systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
