Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Infrastructure Expert to lead our Government & Infrastructure Advisory team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in transaction structuring, financial modelling, and advisory for government sector infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead advisory assignments from conceptualisation to financial closure.
  • Develop and review detailed financial models for infrastructure projects.
  • Advise on transaction structuring, procurement strategy, bid process management, and concession agreements.
  • Manage stakeholder engagement with government agencies, investors, and lenders.
  • Prepare RfQ, RfP, concession agreements, and evaluation reports.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in infrastructure advisory, with strong financial modelling skills.
  • Prior experience with government clients, multilateral agencies, and large-scale infrastructure projects is preferred.
