Key Responsibilities:

- Utilize CRM platforms to track and manage client interactions.
- Provide leadership to team members, including managing tasks and ensuring effective collaboration.
Required Skills:
- Strong sales operations and business development expertise.
- Leadership and team management capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to generate and manage leads effectively.
- Decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in banking verification (back office and field) is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business development or a similar role.
- Familiarity with sales process management, credit handling, and coaching.
