We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Strategist for Marketing Technology with healthcare and life science expertise. The role involves overseeing the development of our company's digital hub serving healthcare professionals, ensuring products meet business requirements and are delivered on time.

This strategic position requires defining product vision and communicating it to stakeholders, collaborating with development teams to create product backlogs, and documenting all product requirements. Additionally, you will conduct market research to identify customer needs and trends in the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and communicate product strategy
  • Work closely with development teams to prioritize product backlog items
  • Ensure clear definition and documentation of product requirements
  • Collaborate with UX designers to create user stories and wireframes
  • Conduct market analysis and research to identify customer needs and market trends
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure products meet technical and business requirements
  • Manage product roadmaps and release schedules
  • Monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner in a technology/healthcare company
  • Strong technical background and software development experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in Agile development methodology and tools like JIRA
  • Experience in marketing technology products is essential

Technical Skills:

  • Must have experience in digital technologies like B2C/B2B/E-commerce websites, CMS, cloud DB, CRM, integration services, web analytics, SEO, mobile apps development
  • Understanding of ETL tools, Data Lake, and dashboard visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI
  • Anticipates technical problems and implements solutions
  • Recognized as a technology expert and actively seeks best practices
  • Implements strategic architecture initiatives
  • Effectively uses MS Teams, Point, Project, Jira, Visio, PowerPoint, Confluence, Mural for communication and resource management
  • Understanding of web analytics strategies like Google Analytics
