Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Product Strategist to drive the success of our product offerings. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing product strategies that meet business objectives.

About the Role
  1. Support strategic product planning, development lifecycle, and launch cycles for our offerings.
  2. Drive product lifecycle execution, including research, competitor analysis, planning, positioning, requirements, and roadmap development, and product launch.
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders to define and implement the product segment strategy, liaising directly with technology development resources and assuming primary leadership for communication, readiness, release, roll out, and positioning of offerings.
  4. Participate in sprint planning discussions to define the sprint goal and refine product backlogs.
  5. Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototyping and final development by engineering teams.
  6. Create product strategy documents describing business cases, use cases, technical requirements, revenue, and ROI.
  7. Review development team work and ensure alignment with the product vision.
  8. Serve as the interface with customers, internal development groups, and stakeholders.
  9. Update and maintain CRM/Jira for internal tracking.
  10. Monitor development progress and ensure timely execution and delivery.
  11. Work on Hubspot Ticketing system to resolve client issues and new requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 4-10 years of product experience in US healthcare domain.
  • The ideal candidate is self-motivated, driven, and capable of envisioning the future direction of the product.
  • Prior Product Management experience is an added advantage, but not mandatory.
  • Candidates without prior Product Management experience are considered for junior positions, while experienced candidates are eligible for Product Manager roles.
  • Knowledge in technology and healthcare product platforms is essential, along with comfort in discussing IT systems integration.
  • Expertise in Revenue Cycle Management, Clinical, or other areas within the healthcare domain, with acquired product knowledge.
  • Able to understand and communicate the solution's vision and drive details.
Language Skills

Proficient in English and Malayalam.
