**Job Summary:** We are seeking a skilled and experienced Personal Banker to join our team. As a Personal Banker, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing customer relationships, and promoting bank products and services.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Manage customer accounts, including opening new accounts, maintaining existing accounts, and closing accounts as necessary.
  • Provide customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Promote bank products and services to customers, identifying opportunities to sell additional products and services.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, building trust and loyalty through excellent service and communication.
  • Work closely with other bank staff to ensure seamless customer experience and to achieve business objectives.
