Job Title: Key Account Sales Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Key Account Sales Officer to join our team. As a Key Account Sales Officer, you will be responsible for acquiring quality Current Account & Saving Account (CASA) accounts, as well as higher CASA variants. Your primary goal will be to increase revenue by cross-selling life insurance products, mutual funds, gold, trade/foreign exchange, and assets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Acquire quality CASA accounts through the acquisition of qualified and activated NTB CASA accounts, as well as higher CASA variants.
  • Increase CASA values by acquiring CASA AMB in sourced accounts during the month.
  • Cross-sell life insurance products, mutual funds, gold, trade/foreign exchange, and assets to existing customers.
  • Maintain good relationships with customers and ensure timely submission of Management Information System (MIS) reports.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in any field, preferably with a focus on sales or marketing.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales or a related field.
