About Our Team Lead Role

  • Our team lead supervises and guides daily activities of business support, technicians, and production teams. They ensure task completion, coordinate work with other supervisors, and maintain open lines of communication.
  • They understand how their team relates to other closely related teams and set priorities accordingly. This involves identifying key areas for improvement and implementing changes to optimize performance.
  • The team lead uses sound judgment to resolve day-to-day problems, making informed decisions guided by company policies, procedures, and local business plans.
  • Receiving guidance from their own manager, the team lead is responsible for their team's quality, volume, and timeliness objectives within their area. They are encouraged to exchange information, address sensitive issues, and demonstrate good tact and diplomacy.
  • To excel in this role, candidates should possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail. A background in business operations or management would be highly beneficial.
