Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team of B2B Inside Sales Associates to achieve individual and team targets.

- Oversee the entire inside sales process-from prospecting to closing-ensuring quality pipeline development.

- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics - calls, emails, demos and closures and seek continuous improvement.

- Understand client needs and position Benepik' s offerings as per their requirements including - Employee Engagement Solution, Channel Partner Loyalty, Consumer Loyalty & Corporate Kits.

- Ensure consistent pipeline generation through outbound efforts (calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach).

- Work closely with the Marketing and Sales teams to align strategies and generate qualified leads.

- Identify new opportunities, industries and trends to improve outreach and targeting.

- Maintain daily tracker and present monthly reports to the management on pipelines status, lead conversions and team performance.

Requirements:

- Qualification: Graduate/post-graduate

- Experience: 3-5 years in Inside Sales (SaaS, IT, or technology-related sales) with team handling experience

- Strong leadership and people management skills

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Tech-savvy and comfortable working in a dynamic, startup-like environment

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
