The Virtual Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing the retail channel (MFD/IFA segment) of the mutual fund business through virtual/telephonic engagement.
Main Responsibilities:- Manage and engage a portfolio of MFDS/IFAs through calls, emails, and virtual meetings to drive sales growth.
- Provide product recommendations and market updates to distributors to increase mutual fund sales.
- Conduct virtual presentations and training sessions for distributors as needed to enhance their knowledge.
- Track business performance, ensure follow-ups, and maintain relationship health with distributors.
- Stay informed about local market trends to guide distributor conversations and provide valuable insights.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication, persuasion, and relationship management skills with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a VRM or tele-based role within BFSI. A NISM 5A or NISM 8 certification is also required for this position.
About the Role:This Business Development Executive will play a key role in driving business growth by building strong relationships with distributors and identifying new opportunities.
