We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Collection Process Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating various aspects of the collection process, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of client issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the collection process, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of client issues.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the collection process.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Analyze data and reports to identify trends and opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Provide training and support to new team members to ensure seamless integration and high-quality performance.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in NBFC/Bank with a focus on collection process management.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and success through effective collection process management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and reports to identify trends and opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
