Senior Data Integration Specialist

The role of Senior Data Integration Specialist is a key position within our organization that drives the direction of our operations team to provide seamless user experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Interact and resolve user inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and develop operational processes to streamline support operations.
  • Log, prioritize, and collaborate with product teams on resolving bugs and complex technical issues.
  • Monitor critical issues, escalate when necessary, and provide workarounds for unsupported functionality.
  • Assist in refining Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to enhance service delivery and user satisfaction.
  • Develop, modify, and troubleshoot SSIS packages, Stored Procedures, SQL Queries, Automation Processes, and SQL Jobs with performance in mind.
  • Convert, manipulate, and prepare large volumes of data for ingestion into systems using SQL Server integration tools.
  • Develop and troubleshoot reporting queries in SQL Server 2019.
  • Maintain and support data ingestion tools and automation scripts.
  • Manage and resolve data-related issues reported by customers and internal employees.
  • Conduct quality and business logic checks on all data into and out of systems.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, or a related field.
  • 10+ years' database and application development and support experience.
  • Proven SQL language expertise with high-performance capabilities.
  • Experience developing and troubleshooting SSIS packages.
  • Experience developing reports and dashboards using tools like Sisense and SSRS.
  • Experience with MS SQL Server.
  • Knowledge of data modeling concepts.
  • Experience with one or more scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell, etc.).

This role is open to candidates who can commit to working standard office hours.
