  • Organize guest lectures, workshops, and networking events to foster collaboration and innovation.

Strategic Planning:

  • Develop long-term goals and strategies for department growth and success.
  • Stay updated on global cinema trends and emerging technologies to ensure our programs remain relevant and competitive.

Qualifications and Experience:

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred) with proven experience in academic administration or operations. A strong understanding of industry standards and accreditation requirements is essential.
