Academic Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Academic Operations Manager to oversee academic operations, ensuring seamless coordination between stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has experience in international curriculum management and a proven track record in operational oversight, data management, stakeholder interaction, resource allocation, and quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Operational Oversight:
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks assigned to coordinators and Relationship Managers (RMs).
  • Monitor daily homework distribution and address gaps in the process.
  • Track tests conducted and ensure test sheets are updated promptly and accurately.
  1. Data Management and Coordination:
  • Maintain and update the academic student database to reflect current information.
  • Collaborate with the accounts team to complete trial sheets and send fee notifications to new students joining the program.
  • Maintain a clear overview of all students, teachers, and classes to ensure efficient operations.
  1. Stakeholder Interaction:
  • Address complex queries and resolve issues escalated by coordinators or RMs.
  • Communicate with teachers and parents when required to address concerns or provide updates.
  1. Resource Allocation:
  • Share relevant resource materials with teachers and students.
  • Source books or materials that align with student needs.
  1. Quality Assurance:
  • Work closely with teachers to maintain high standards of academic delivery.
  • Monitor the overall academic experience to ensure a productive and enjoyable learning journey for students.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in academic management or a similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities for effective coordination with multiple stakeholders.
  • A proactive problem solver who can handle challenging situations with confidence.
  • Familiarity with educational resources and teaching methodologies is an asset.
