Job Description

The Associate Director, Production will lead a dedicated vertical, overseeing end-to-end production processes and client relationships.

This involves managing all stages of production projects within the BFSI vertical, from initial client briefs to final delivery of assets, ensuring timelines, quality standards are met and clients are satisfied.

This role requires strong leadership skills, as well as the ability to build and maintain effective client relationships.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 7-10 years of proven experience in production and client servicing, preferably within the BFSI sectors.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a track record of leading, mentoring and empowering teams.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Deep knowledge of production workflows, including creative development, asset production and delivery across digital and traditional media.
