Lead Partnership Roles and Responsibilities

The Direct Unsecured-Self Employed product line offers funding solutions for short term and medium term working capital needs of individuals, businesses, and professionals. Our customized short and long tenured products provide funding without any security or collateral.

Key Aspects:
  1. The business caters to individuals, non-individual entities, and professionals with end use of funds (working capital requirement, business expansion etc.) ascertained during the loan appraisal process.
  2. The business is highly retail in nature, characterized by high transaction volumes, smaller ticket sizes, and significantly higher spread and profit margins.
  3. Given the unsecured nature of loans disbursed, stringent controls and monitoring are essential to ensure portfolio health and quality at all times.
  4. Profitability and minimized delinquency are key business objectives.
  5. Higher cost of funding impacts profitability as well as competitiveness of loan rates that can be offered to customers.
  6. Understanding of product market characteristics such as referral relationship management, region specific occupations/trade, local financial preferences and practices is important to gain competitive advantage while structuring loans and identifying leads.

The Relationship Manager is responsible for operationalizing business transactions and liaising with end customers in his/her area to maximize disbursals, profit, growth & customer service objectives.

  1. To deliver on operational plan in the assigned coverage area in a differentiated manner considering local factors, market dynamics and consumer preferences, that can withstand competitive pressures on the ground.
