Job Title: Internal IT Support Administrator

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Internal IT Support Administrator.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the day-to-day operations of the IT services team, ensuring seamless service delivery to our employees.
  • Lead subordinate team members in their assigned duties and provide guidance on policy adherence.
  • Develop and implement strategies to meet service level agreements for the IT services team.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation for policies and procedures related to all service and support efforts.
  • Design and implement future support offerings and modalities under the guidance of senior leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with IT-related policies and procedures throughout the organization.
  • Support monitoring, analysis, and optimization of the firm's service offerings to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Prioritize both IT projects and daily operations effectively, aligning them with organizational objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field is required.
  • Minimum 7-10 years of hands-on experience in IT services.
  • CISA certification is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Proven track record of successfully executing technology projects.
  • Experience with Windows 10 management technologies and Microsoft Office 365 applications.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Intune platforms is desirable.
  • Proficiency in operating systems, including Windows 10 and MAC OS.
  • Demonstrated expertise in networking and personal computer hardware, including mobile devices and operating systems.
  • A+ and/or MOS certification and other industry-recognized advanced certifications are advantageous.
  • Advanced knowledge of accounting applications, such as CCH Engagement, Thomson GoSystem Tax, XCM, TaxCaddy, and SurePrep.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds is a requirement.
