
Business Growth Specialist

Key Responsibilities
- Develop strategic business plans and implement related activities to achieve agreed objectives, including customer events, sales & marketing campaigns, and sales presentations.
- Achieve agreed sales, productivity, and performance targets within defined budgets and timescales, provide key account support, market access, and referral network assistance.
- Ensure timely completion of reports, handle enquiries and complaints quickly and professionally, and maintain a deep understanding of products, product strategy, positioning, key messages, company developments, customers, and competitors.
- Contribute positively to the Sales and Marketing team through cooperative relationships and collaborative efforts to achieve team and company objectives.
- Follow guidelines for adverse events and code of conduct. Demonstrate behavior in accordance with established practices.
- In leadership roles, plan sales, set targets, report progress, and maintain knowledge of teams/accounts and self.
- Meet sales revenue and market share targets versus plan, cover costs for customer activities, build strong customer relationships, and maintain key accounts.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience: 2+ years in Healthcare/Pharma-related business with an established network for target customer groups.
Education: B.Sc or B.Pharma degree in a scientific field.
Skills: Account Management, Commercial Excellence, Communication, Compliance, Conflict Resolution, Cross-Functional Coordination, Customer Insights, Ethics, Influencing, Negotiation, Selling, Technical Skills.
