Job Title: Business Growth Specialist
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Growth Specialist to join our team. As a Business Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for meeting sales targets through assigned projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell company products/services to targeted customers in the assigned area of the branch.
- Attend all enquiry calls within the required timeframe.
- Generate own leads by way of door-to-door activity & through cold calls in the assigned area.
- Submit daily call reports to the branch Sales Incharge.
- Conduct weekly BTL activity through kiosk activity/leafleting/boucher distribution etc.
- Conduct & participate in on-ground activity/group activity to counter competition.
- Generate sales from low-utilized elements within the assigned area to maximize capacity utilization.
- Assist the Branch Sales Incharge in the preparation of sales plans for the area.
Requirements:
To be successful as a Business Growth Specialist, you should have:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent is mandatory.
- Minimum 1-3 years' experience in channel sales/institutional sales/EB sales/direct sales.
- Experience as a Sales Executive in service sector/post-paid sales, preferably with ISP/telecom direct.
- Marketing/financial sections/FMCG experience is desirable.
- Door-to-door sales experience is essential.
