Job Title: Public Sector Engagement Lead

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our public sector engagement efforts, leveraging extensive expertise in strategic media planning and government relations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in working with institutions such as DIPR, DAVP, PSUs, and other government agencies.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Engagement - Develop long-term engagement strategies aligned with government priorities and media objectives, ensuring seamless collaboration with central and state ministries, PSUs, and defense/public communication departments.
  • Media Solutions & Campaign Development - Design and present integrated media campaigns (broadcast, digital, print, outdoor) tailored to government and PSU objectives, ensuring campaign relevance and compliance with DAVP norms, DIPR communication protocols, and PSU guidelines.
  • Tender & Contract Management - Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of government and PSU tenders, RFPs, and contracts, ensuring full compliance with procurement norms, documentation standards, and pricing protocols.
  • Team Leadership & Mentorship - Lead and mentor a team of sales executives and media strategists, fostering a culture of performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications:
  • A bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration, Media Studies, Public Policy, or a related field.
  • At least 6-15 years of experience in government sales, PSU engagement, media strategy, or public sector consulting.
  • Proven success in securing and managing large-scale government/PSU contracts.
